Which valet should I choose?
Exterior Clean is for exterior-only maintenance.
Interior Clean focuses on routine cabin cleaning.
Essential Valet combines routine interior and exterior care.
Full Valet adds deeper interior steam cleaning and carpet/mat extraction.
Deep Clean adds exterior decontamination and more intensive interior cleaning.
What if I do not know what service I need?
Describe the main problem and add photographs where useful. Ghost can then assess which service best matches the condition.
Is Full Valet the same as Deep Clean?
The Deep Clean includes the Full Valet and adds tar and iron fallout removal, clay treatment and more detailed interior work.

How much does valeting cost?

Why do some services have price ranges?
The amount of work can vary substantially between vehicles.
Where a price range is shown, the final quote reflects the work required for that vehicle.
When should I send photos?
Photos are especially useful for Deep Cleans, mould, heavy pet hair, upholstery staining and paintwork assessments.
Interior cleaning
What is the difference between Interior Clean and Upholstery Cleaning?
Interior Clean is for routine cleaning throughout the cabin.
Upholstery Cleaning gives more focused treatment to affected seats and fabric, including spot treatment, shampooing and extraction.
Is heavy pet hair included in a normal Interior Clean?
Heavy or embedded pet hair is handled through the dedicated Pet Hair Removal service.
Can every stain be removed?
Some staining or material damage can remain after cleaning.
Deep cleaning and mould
What does a Deep Clean add?
It adds tar and iron fallout removal, clay treatment and more detailed interior cleaning on top of the Full Valet.
How long does a Deep Clean take?
Allow around 4–7 hours.
Can Ghost clean a mould-affected car?
Yes. Mould Removal is a dedicated service for mould-affected vehicle interiors.
Can mould return after cleaning?
Yes, particularly where the underlying moisture problem has not been dealt with.
Does mould cleaning repair the source of water ingress?
Leak-repair work is not included.
Paintwork
Can machine polishing remove scratches?
It can reduce suitable light scratches, swirls and holograms.
Deep damage may require paint repair rather than polishing.
Is polishing the same as ceramic coating?
Polishing improves the existing paint finish.
Ceramic coating protects prepared paint.
Does ceramic coating make paint scratch-proof?
No
Does a coated car still need washing?
Yes. Ceramic coating is intended to make ongoing maintenance easier rather than remove the need for washing.
How long does ceramic coating last?
There is no single lifespan that applies to every coating. Durability depends on the product used, preparation and ongoing maintenance.
