Bring the exterior into the same appointment
You can discuss the cabin concerns alongside a complete valet, or choose an exterior-only clean when the inside is already tidy. The goal is to match the work to the condition of the vehicle.
For paint marks that remain a concern beyond cleaning, send photographs and ask about a machine-polishing assessment. Cleaning and correcting the finish are separate decisions.
