What goes into an interior quote?
Interior Clean is £45–£90 and Upholstery & Leather Cleaning is £50–£70. Pet-hair removal is quoted after assessment because loose hair on a seat and fur embedded throughout the boot and carpets are different jobs.
Photograph the places your dog travels as well as the front of the cabin. Tell us about any seat covers or boot liners you want included, and mention spills or persistent smells so the quote covers the whole concern.

Can you clean a car that is parked on the street?
We assess the actual space before confirming the appointment. Send the location and a photo showing the car and surrounding room, and mention any parking restrictions.
Is dog-hair removal included in a standard vacuum?
Routine vacuuming deals with loose debris. Heavy or embedded pet hair needs focused work and is assessed separately. Send photos of the seats, carpets and boot so we can quote for all affected areas.
Can you clean muddy mats without shampooing every seat?

What if the car still smells after I have vacuumed it?
Tell us where the smell is strongest and whether there has been a spill or dampness. A general vacuum may leave affected upholstery untreated. We can assess the cleaning needed without promising that an air freshener will resolve the cause.
